Stonecrops, alpine nailwort, cascade knotweed, are just a few of the flowers they help. I have many photographs of ants hanging out on my native purple aster plants. They roam from flower to flower just doing ant things, all the while pollinating these plants! Some plants have evolved to offer nectaries at the base of themselves that are specifically FOR ants to drink from. They are amazing!
